Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of interviewrx.co and the coaching services InterviewRx provides. By booking a call, creating an account or buying a package, you agree to them. Questions: coach@interviewrx.co.
What we provide
InterviewRx offers residency interview preparation: free intake calls, mock interviews, coaching sessions and written feedback, delivered by video call. Coaching is educational. It is not medical, legal or immigration advice, and it does not guarantee an interview, a ranking or a Match result.
Bookings and sessions
- Sessions are scheduled in US Central Time unless we agree otherwise.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as you can by replying to your confirmation email or writing to coach@interviewrx.co.
- Please join on time; a late start may shorten the session.
Payments
Prices are shown on the site before you buy, and payments are processed by Stripe. A package gives you the sessions it describes. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Your account
Keep your login details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Acceptable use
Please do not record sessions without our consent, share your account, copy or resell our materials, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Our content
The site, question bank, feedback and coaching materials belong to InterviewRx. You may use them for your own interview preparation, but not republish or sell them.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, InterviewRx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any interview or application, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. See also our Privacy Policy.
